Geo Invest l.l.c.

Geo Invest l.l.c. is a private company that was founded at the beginning of 2018 to perform all types of geodetic work (surveying). The company is located in Podgorica. We provide the highest standard of service using the latest and most modern technologies in the field of geodesy. Our services are spread in Montenegro and beyond. We provide geodetic services for private and business entities, as well as for public companies.

We deal with all types of surveys:

• performing geodetic surveying,
• preparation of the survey & geodetic works for the needs of building legalization,
• engineering geodesy during the construction process,
• preparation of the surveys for the implementation of changes in the cadastre,
• other geodetic and cadastral services.

In order to carry out the mentioned services, we have all the necessary licenses from the competent authorities (Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism – Chamber of Engineers, as well as the Real Estate Administration, which issues licenses required for carrying out geodetic – cadastral works).

The company owns geodetic instruments necessary for all types of geodetic-technical works. Our professional staff consists of graduated geodesy engineers and geodetic technicians with many years of experience.
